Return Policy

You may return products sold by AugustaWinery.com for a full refund of the purchase price under the following conditions:

• You must notify AugustaWinery.com prior to returning the product.
• Your return request must be received within 15 days of your receipt of the product.
• The product must be unopened and undamaged.
• Return postage is your responsibility.

No Refunds will be credited without prior authorization.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel, you must notify us immediately. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours and we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. You may, however, refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund, less any return shipping charges, will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our location.

No Refunds will be credited without prior notification.

Non-Deliverable/Unclaimed

If a product is returned to us because the package was non-deliverable or unclaimed, no refund will be issued.
