On Tuesday, October 14th at 6:30 PM, Carnivores Steakhouse will host an exclusive five-course guided wine pairing with Augusta Winery, America’s very first AVA.
Each course has been crafted to stand tall beside its perfect pour:
🍤 Lemon Garlic Shrimp Skewers with chili oil & parsley × Chardonnel
🥩 Wild Game Albondigas with Parmesan Beurre Blanc × Traminette
🥖 Chicken Liver Pâté with fennel-apple crostini × Chambourcin
🥔 Prime Steak with red wine reduction & au gratin potatoes × Norton
🍫 Chocolate Frosty with potato sticks & caviar × Ruby Port
