This Thursday, October 8, join Augusta Winery and Savor St. Charles for an intimate evening celebrating Missouri wine and exceptional food.
Your evening begins with a welcome pour of Augusta Dry Muscat, followed by a four-course dinner featuring:
🍽️ Seared Scallop with Sweet Corn Purée, Crispy Prosciutto & Herb Oil
🍐 Goat Cheese & Pear Salad
🥩 Braised Short Rib with Truffle Mashed Potatoes & Broccolini
🍎 Caramel Apple Crème Brûlée
Each course will be thoughtfully paired with Augusta Winery selections, with five wines featured throughout the evening. Guests will also hear the stories behind the wines and pairings and have the opportunity to purchase featured bottles at special event pricing.
